Talk about the coolest photobomb of all time! If you haven’t seen these photos yet, we’ve got quite the treat for you!
A Saskatchewan couple got a rather alarming shock when funnel clouds started forming in the distance during their wedding photoshoot. Lucky for them, their photographer, Colleen Niska, is fearless and quick on her feet. The couple and Colleen decided to take advantage of the picturesque storm conditions and started snapping away. When the tornado finally touched down, they were far enough away to not cause concern and got some breathtaking, once in a lifetime pictures in the process.
The weather didn’t impact their big day negatively at all. Apart from the wind, the wedding festivities continued unscathed. It just goes to show that despite the unpredictable summertime weather in Canada, you can always make the most of your day and the climate. And what a great metaphor for a wedding day, weathering the storm together! A whirlwind romance, indeed.
The photographer posted the photos on her Facebook page with the caption “I’ve dreamed about a day like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could NOT wait to post these! Pretty sure this will only happen once in my lifetime!” The photos have since gone viral with over 42,000 likes and 5000 shares.
