Are you the type of person to suffer from the post-holiday blues? I am. December is a great month. Like, one of the best. The world just shines a little brighter in December (and we’re not just talking about the Christmas lights!) Everything is decorated festively, people are in joyful moods, and there’s just an extra hustle and bustle in the air from holiday shoppers. It’s a month filled with good food, great company and thoughtful gift giving. It’s just a lovely time of year. And to top it all off, it’s THE biggest month for engagements (Congrats and welcome to all you new brides!)
But alas, the holiday season is over. Down come the decorations and in come the credit card bills. And after a mild December, January has hit like an icy reminder that we have a few more months until we’re on the other side of Winter.
With all that said, if you’re in need of a little pick me up during your first week back at work, we have the perfect treat. The first Wedding Wednesday of 2015! And this week, it’s a stunner!
Michelle and John’s farm wedding at Belcroft Estates makes us long for warm summer days and want to curl up under a tree with a mason jar full of lemonade. The perfect word to sum up this wedding? Twee. These two are just so sweet and in love, it’s sure to warm you to the core on this freezing cold day. However, I must admit the flower girls almost stole the show. Followed closely by Michelle’s amazing headpiece.
